Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of this site.

Plain language where we can. Defensible specifics where the law requires them. These terms apply to public information on the site — separate, signed agreements govern any commercial engagement.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using dronehub.ai (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. These Terms form a contract between you and Dronehub Inc. (for visitors based in the United States) or Dronehub Sp. z o.o. (for visitors based in the European Union or elsewhere). For brevity, both entities are referred to in these Terms as “Dronehub,” “we,” and “us.”

2. What this Site is

The Site is the public corporate website of Dronehub. It describes our products, technology, R&D programmes, manufacturing, team, and ways to engage commercially with us. Some pages list specifications, technical figures, and performance metrics. These are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication but are provided for informational purposes only and do not form a contractual commitment unless restated in a signed agreement.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, designs, graphics, logos, photographs, technology descriptions, case studies, blog content, and underlying source code — is owned by Dronehub or licensed to us, and is protected under copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and (where applicable) patent law. Patent-pending technology described on the Site is subject to active filings.

You may view this content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. Any other use — including republication, translation, adaptation, scraping, or systematic copying — requires our prior written permission.

No implied license. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to any Dronehub technology, IP, or know-how. Licensing happens through a separate signed agreement.

4. Permitted use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, the underlying servers, or related systems;
  • Interfere with the integrity, security, or availability of the Site (denial-of-service attempts, malware injection, scraping at abusive rates);
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Use the contact form to send spam, harassment, threats, or unlawful content.

We reserve the right to block, throttle, or refuse access to any party that misuses the Site.

5. Forward-looking statements

Some content on the Site describes our plans, opportunities, target markets, or anticipated technology pathways. These are forward-looking statements and involve risk and uncertainty — actual outcomes may differ. They do not constitute a guarantee or contractual representation.

Specifically, the Site describes regulatory pathways and programme eligibility statuses (for example: SBIR/STTR eligibility, EDF and Horizon Europe fit, NDAA Section 848 compatibility). These statements describe our positioning and current understanding. Where a specific programme requires formal certification, that certification is opened on a programme-by-programme basis and is not represented as a current status unless explicitly stated.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the servers that make the Site available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Dronehub nor our directors, officers, employees, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, business interruption, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages, if any, will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the equivalent in local currency.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — for example, for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites, services, or content. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those third parties, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their privacy practices, terms, or technology.

9. Governing law and disputes

For users based in the United States or for matters connecting primarily to Dronehub Inc., these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

For users based in the European Union or for matters connecting primarily to Dronehub Sp. z o.o., these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection of your home jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Entire agreement and severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dronehub regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements relating to that use. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
